Mission: Improve Asset Availability through 3 actions:
- Consolidate 17 spare parts warehouses belonging to SABIC Affiliates into 1 automated regional warehouse (improvement of time to fix)
- Re-target inventory levels of all spare parts - more than 700,000 SKU (improvement of Service level)
- Process improvements to ensure sustainable results (including Supplier reliability improvement)

Achievements / Activities:
- Responsible for all Project Control activity (budget, issues & risks, planning, communication)
- Responsible for project performance KPIs building & communication to Management
- Built & Managed a 4 people team (planners & buyers) dedicated to reduce spare parts excess stock by controling PRs & POs on a weekly basis (achieved 4 million $ savings in 3 months)
