- Consolidate 17 spare parts warehouses belonging to SABIC Affiliates into 1 automated regional warehouse (improvement of time to fix)
- Re-target inventory levels of all spare parts - more than 700,000 SKU (improvement of Service level)
- Process improvements to ensure sustainable results (including Supplier reliability improvement)

- Responsible for all Project Control activity (budget, issues & risks, planning, communication)
