Client: Suppy Management Shared Services organization

Project Budget: 65 Million $ - 10 consultants

Mission: Improve Asset Availability through 3 actions:
- Consolidate 17 spare parts warehouses belonging to SABIC Affiliates into 1 automated regional warehouse (improvement of time to fix)
- Re-target inventory levels of all spare parts - more than 700,000 SKU (improvement of Service level)
- Process improvements to ensure sustainable results (including Supplier reliability improvement)

Achievements / Activities:
- Responsible for all Project Control activity (budget, issues & risks, planning, communication)
- Responsible for project performance KPIs building & communication to Management
- Built & Managed a 4 people team (planners & buyers) dedicated to reduce spare parts excess stock by controling PRs & POs on a weekly basis (achieved 4 million $ savings in 3 months)
- Conducted various analysis focusing on Supplier reliability, Lead-Time improvement


Internal activities:
- Involved in the creation of a Knowledge Management strategy for the office
- Co-author of a Project Management Best Practive Guide focusing on the Middle East industry

10 months internship in Supply Chain Dept, as Category Manager assistant for the Watch & Jewelry products

- Calculated replenishment needs & built weekly shipment plans to all logistic world zones, based on sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Daily support to all world zone logistic managers(urgent orders, reverse logistic...)
- Responsible for the old Jewelry colection (calculation & shipments) & management of Jewelry packaging (order calculation, inventory management, shipment)
- Built an automated Access model dedicated to Watch replenishment needs weekly calculation
